click on photo to enlargeOn November 18 Robert and I attended the Marine Corps Ball. The ball is held in honor of the 233rd birthday of the USMC. It is always an honor to attend this event. It really puts our lifestyle into perspective for me. It is amazing to look around the room at all these men that I know on a personal level and realize truly who they are and what they are trained to do as Marines. Any one of them would risk his life without a seconds hesitation for the greater good of America. It makes me very proud to be living in such fine company.
I am about 7.5 months pregnant in this picture. I look festively floatish in my polka-dot dress, or dare I even say beach ballish! My husband however, could not look more handsome in his uniform.
